主料 鸡脯肉400克。调料 生鸡蛋黄2个,湿淀粉60克,白糖20克,味精2克,盐5克,料酒10克,醋10克,番茄酱20克,高汤100克,食油500克,姜汁少许。做法 1.将鸡脯肉切成1厘米厚,5厘米长的条,加入鸡蛋黄、盐、味精、湿淀粉30克,抓匀挂糊。2.锅上火放油,烧至五成热,将带糊的鸡条逐条放入,炸至金黄色捞出。3.锅底留油,放入番茄酱炒出深红色,加糖、醋、姜汁、料酒和高汤,烧开后加湿淀粉搅匀...
