主料净鱼肉250克,芝麻100克。调料味精5克,盐、料酒各15克,葱段、姜片各20克,胡椒粉10克,菜油500克(约耗50克),鸡蛋2个,面粉200克。做法1,将鱼肉洗净,剞上花刀,再顺切成条,用盐、味精、葱、姜、胡椒粉、料酒腌5分钟。2,将腌入味的鱼条依次粘上面粉、鸡蛋液和芝麻。3,锅上火,倒入油,烧至八成热,下鱼条炸熟捞出装盘。特点外酥里嫩,香味隽永,冷食热食均可。注意鱼肉剞花刀,便于腌入味,...
