主料:瘦猪肉末200克。配料:马蹄5个,鸡蛋3个。调料:料酒10克,精盐2克,湿玉米粉35克,面粉15克,葱姜末共5克,花生油500克(约耗40克),香油5克,花椒盐1克。做法:1 将猪肉末放入碗中,加入料酒、1.5克精盐、葱姜末、香油搅拌上劲后,加入20克玉米粉,拌匀成馅。将马蹄剁成碎末,放入肉馅中拌匀,分成四份,将面粉加入适量水,调成稀糊。2 将鸡蛋磕入碗内,加入0.5克精盐、15克玉米粉拌匀...
